Mrs. Von Derenthall has been Member of the Management Board, Bank Gutmann, Austria since January 2010. Previously she held positions such as: Senior Officer, Bank Gutmann AG, Austria (September 2009 – December 2009), Head of Private Banking Romania where she was responsible for client acquisition and establishment of an operative presence of Bank Gutmann in Romania making the liaison with the Romanian supervisory Authority for Capital Markets (C.N.V.M) and the National Bank of Romania.

Between 2007-2009 she was appointed General Manager, Head of Investment Banking, EFG Eurobank Finance S.A, Member of Eurobank EFG Group and President of the Board, EFG Eurobank Securities S.A., Member of Eurobank EFG Group; Bucharest, Romania, her main activities were: project origination and co-ordination for M&A transactions, initial Public Offerings (IPO’s) at the Bucharest Stock Exchange and debt structuring services for real estate, project finance and acquisition finance ; Senior relationship to major Romanian and foreign corporate clients and Romanian regulatory authorities (National Securities Commission “CNVM”, Bucharest Stock Exchange “BVB”); Senior relationship to Group Companies in Romania and abroad; co-ordination of investment banking activities for Bancpost (EFG Group Member) ; Administrative and personnel-related responsibilities according to General Manager and President of the Board position (40 employees).

Among extra-curricular activities that Mrs. Von Derenthall accomplished we can mention: Fund-raising activities for the Romanian Ski and Biathlon Federation, 2004-2005; Fund-raising activities for the „Expanding the European Investment Frontier“ Conference organized by the International Herald Tribune in Bucharest in 2003.
