Hellmuth Tromm is in charge of Bloomberg News' business in Eastern Europe, where Bloomberg has kept adding bureaus, reporters and editors in the past couple of years and expanding coverage particularly in areas such as energy and commodities.
Hellmuth is a trained economist with a Masters degree from the London School of Economics and a graduate of the Munich-based German School of Journalism, the country's most prestigious journalism school which celebrated its 60-year anniversary last year. He is married with two children.
Bloomberg News is the world's fastest-growing news organization with 2,000 reporters and editors in 150 bureaus worldwide.
